Handsworth Academy
The Handsworth Academy trains every Sunday morning from 10.30, catering for ages from 5 to 18. The Colts also train on a Wednesday evening at 18.00 til 19.30.
All coaches are fully vetted and meet all current RFU and Govt requirements, have have all signed up to our code of conduct. All players and supporters are also asked to sign up to this important code as whilst the game of rugby is often a hard contact game it must also be fun for all those participating.
There are numerous social events for the players, families and friends to attend as fund raising is an important issue within the club. These can be found on the Social pages as they are advertised.
Parents, family members and friends are encouraged to join in with the family atmosphere in what ever capacity they feel happy in, whether it be training to become a coach, helping making teas, cooking bacon butties, selling raffle tickets all help is greatly welcomed.
