Aston Old Eds u12`s 52 - 63 Handsworth u12`s

Handsworths super 12`s marched onto yet another victory, due to grit and determination. Playing with a much smaller pack than A.O.E. but with key players back from international duties, the well fought battle upfront went Handsworths way.

Man of the match, Captain, hatrick try scorer and with 100% conversion kicker Elliot Lowe led by example to the rest of the team who rose to the challenge, with strong runs and a excellant defensive performance.

Younger brother Lewis Lowe also showed his power and pace to rival any young aspiring center. Jacob Bromwich was a constant thorn in the side of A.O.E. coaching staffs side as he constantly disrupted any game plan they had.

Josh Keenan depositing at fly-half took full advantage of the un protected blind side, putting A.O.E. on their back foot through out the game. Full Back Joseph Pritchard showed  Barbarian Rugby skills catching deep into his own 22 and running it, finally seeing him finish of the move with a try.

Scrum Half James Mahon also seen the blind side was a weak link, he exposed it on a number of occasions scoring three tries himself. Hooker Leckie gave a lesson in the rucking and mauling game securing the loose ball and supporting his forwards in mauls. Dominic Reymant Showed his opposition a clean pair of heels in possession, keeping his opposition number in his pocket in defense.
