Handsworth u12's 14 - 21 Stafford U 12's

Today's game saw two equally matched teams going head to head in what can only be described as a great advertisement for mini rugby.

Stafford showed ball handling skills that was above their age with all credit going to the coaching staff within Stafford rufc.

Handsworth meanwhile, a man down, showed with strength and power that you can contain ball skills. Captain and try scorer Miles Leckie commanded his forwards throughout, with prop Jacob Bromwich also getting on the score sheet.

Front row partner, hooker Jacob Liscott, put in a solid performance resulting in him being named as man of the match. Prop James Mahon showed once again his tackling is second to none. Second rows Alex Linwood and Josh Keenans contribution in the rucks and mauls gave the backs a platform to run off, with Eamon at fly half showing his pace around the park linking well with Lewis Well.

The fly half also showed his defensive attributes with solid tackles throughout the game. Wingers Tenal Tin and Dominic Reymant where constant threats with ball in hand, once again full back Joseph Pritchard gave a solid performance.
