The 500 Club is a very valuable fund raiser and in this age of increased costs to continue running a club like ours, your participation is vital if we are to survive. The 500 Club is a simple draw made every month with the winning reference number rewarding the owner of that number with a cash prize posted to him/her. The amount of the prize depends on the number of people paying into the 500 Club. Therefore the more persons in the club the larger the cash prizes. The prizes being 50% of the total amount paid into the bank by standing order each month. A reference number is allocated to each share with a share costing £6.00 (this is of course only 50p per month), paid as a standing order of £6.00 per year.

Each person may have as many shares as they like, and if you wish for instance to have two shares, this simply means a standing order for £12.00 and so on. The Standing Order form below has provision for up to four shares, but if you wish for more then simply photo copy a second sheet. All you need to do is:-

Circle the amount you wish to pay each year

Put the month you wish payments to start (1st day of any month you choose)

Give the number of your account from which the money is to be taken

Print your full name and address (please include your post code)

Sign the form and add the current date

Post the completed form to the 500 Club Secretary, who will add your personal reference number or numbers before posting the form to your Bank for action
